You may have noticed that we have two websites, this one, and the other one. Unfortunately, the website that is superiorhotglass.com was set up years ago by a former studio renter that has since gone rogue. The former studio renter has since refused to relinquish control and will not update any information regarding contact info or event times.
Regrettably, we have been forced into providing an alternate website in hopes that this will help stem the flow of misinformation and lost revenue.
If you want get a hold of us, you must contact Sue Berry at 216-256-6492 or Oliver Ray at
203-919-1850!
We do not have set store hours, when somebody wants to come in and rent time or take a class, that is when we are open. If you want to set up a time to look at the studio, ask questions or schedule anything, please reach out to us.

What is Glass Blowing?
Glass blowing is a technique that involves inflating molten glass into a bubble using a blowpipe. This ancient craft dates back to the Roman Empire and has evolved over centuries. Today, it combines traditional methods with modern creativity, allowing artists to create intricate designs and functional pieces.
The Process of Glass Blowing
Gathering: The artist gathers molten glass from a furnace using a blowpipe.
Blowing: By blowing air into the pipe, the artist forms a bubble of glass.
Shaping: The glass is shaped using tools and molds.
Cooling: The piece is slowly cooled in an annealer to relieve internal stresses.
Each step requires skill and precision, making glass blowing both challenging and rewarding.
